Jason is a resident of Mississippi. His employment requires him to work as a circuit breaker tester in nearby Alabama While working in Alabama a circuit breaker owned by ITE Corporation, an Alabama Corporation, causes an electrical fire and explosion. He wants to sue ITE and his damages are in excess of $650,000. He realizes he must sue in Alabama but is very much convinced that the Alabama Judge will be biased in favor of ITE. We have two issues**:

1. Why does the suit need to be in Alabama.
2. Is there any other forum that has Jurisdiction to hear this suit, so the judge in Alabama is not involved?

In your answer, remember to tell me why.

** You need to still use the format.
