As explained in class, I am requring you to use a certain format when answering your hypothetical assignments. These headings must appear and you must use this format:

(Facts): Optional You don't need to restate the facts.

Issue:

Rule(s)

Analysis

Conclusion(s)

If you do not follow this format I will be deducting points from the score you earn on your assignments.

******WARNING*********

Many students, when answering hypothetical assignments think that they can impress me by consulting the internet to compose a "lawyer-like" answer. In fact, they penalize themselves by doing so. The hypothetical assignments are given as a learning tool. This shortcut of using the internet, can often lead to stressing the wrong answer as well as cheating the student from thinking for themselves. You only need your class notes, my study guide and your textbook to prepare an outstanding answer. (Furthermore, I can spot an answer derived from the internet in two seconds!!!)
